Strategic consultancy supervisory boards

Many experienced lawyers and general counsel are interested in a secondary position in a Supervisory Board. Not to make a legal contribution, but to employ their broad experience within companies and sectors from a different perspective.

Many, but certainly not all, supervisory boards would benefit from a supervisory director with strategic insight and a legal mindset.
